2. Products & Availability

  • All products displayed on our website are subject to availability.
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify product specifications without prior notice.
  • Product availability displayed on the website may not always reflect real-time stock levels.
  • In the event that an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact you to arrange an alternative, store credit, or refund.

3. Pricing

  • All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR).
  • Prices include VAT where applicable unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Promotional prices and discounts are available only during the advertised promotional period.

Pricing Errors

While we make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, errors may occasionally occur.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, technical issue, system malfunction, supplier error, or any other reason, Leelas reserves the right to:

  • Cancel the order before dispatch;
  • Refuse or cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price; and
  • Refund any payments already received.

An order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of an order containing a pricing error.

4. Product Images, Colours & Descriptions

We strive to display product images, colours, fabrics, embroidery, embellishments, and details as accurately as possible.

However:

  • Colours may vary depending on individual screen settings, device displays, lighting conditions, and photography.
  • Printed fabrics, embroidery placement, motifs, and patterns may vary slightly from the images shown.
  • Handcrafted, handmade, or artisan products may contain minor variations which form part of their unique character.

Such variations shall not be considered defects and do not qualify for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

5. Orders

  • Submission of an order does not guarantee acceptance.
  • Leelas reserves the right to accept or reject any order at its sole discretion.
  • We may cancel orders due to stock shortages, suspected fraud, pricing errors, payment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your order is cancelled after payment has been received, you will be refunded accordingly.

6. Payment

We accept approved payment methods displayed during checkout.

Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully received and verified.

7. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and courier services.
  • Leelas is not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, weather conditions, strikes, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
  • Risk in the products passes to the customer upon delivery.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery details are accurate and complete.

Jewellery

For hygiene reasons:

  • Jewellery purchases are final.
  • No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted on jewellery items unless required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Sale & Clearance Items

  • All sale, discounted, promotional, clearance, and marked-down items are final sale.
  • No returns, refunds, exchanges, or store credits will be provided on sale items.

Other Items

  • Eligible items may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, undamaged, and returned with original tags and packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or supplied incorrectly.

Leelas reserves the right to inspect returned items before approving a return or exchange.

9. Gift Cards & Store Credits

  • Gift cards and store credits are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Lost, stolen, or expired gift cards may not be replaced.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to:

  • Images
  • Logos
  • Graphics
  • Product descriptions
  • Website design
  • Text and content

is the property of Leelas and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Leelas shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our website or products.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes any rights afforded to consumers under applicable South African consumer protection legislation.

13. Governing Law
